The Manager, Risk Analytics & MIS, Retail Credit Risk, GRM is responsible for monitoring, conducting analysis and making fact-based recommendations for Real Estate Secured Lending (RESL) portfolios. The incumbent will deliver analysis that provides holistic, actionable insights and product‑specific risk analytics. This includes, but is not limited to, monthly monitoring of balances, delinquency, and both portfolio and acquisition credit quality.
The role is highly technical and requires expert SAS, data analytics and BI tools skills
Use a variety of analytical and reporting tools (ex. SAS, Python, PowerBI) to provide dynamic reporting on key performance metrics to various stakeholders in GRM and business lines.
Collaborate with Acquisition, Account Management and Collections teams to provide measurement
Identification of portfolio trends and key statistics using advanced analytics; Effective and timely communication of strategic and operational results to the business teams
