Design and create reports to analyze branch staff and customer behaviour. Develop reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, SAS, SQL, and self-service BI tools. Analyze data to identify business issues and provide recommendations.

Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes, and collaborate with stakeholders across Retail and Small Business Banking.

Qualifications: University degree. Strong Power BI experience including DAX, Power Query, and dataflows. Experience with SQL, Python or SAS, and cloud platforms such as GCP or BigQuery.
